Fraud screening and deal orchestration for principalsbrokersmandatesissuing banks
DEALEXUS checks SBLC and Documentary LC drafts for fraud markers and structural errors, and carries the transaction from the first NCNDA to a complete bank submission package — in one controlled workflow.
A person walks you through it. If it isn't a fit, we'll tell you. Not sure where you fit? Find your seat.

Issuing bank BIC does not resolve
Labelled “Swift Code” on line 4; no match in the directory.
Advance-fee pattern match
Upfront “activation fee” wording, payable before issuance.
Governing rules not stated
No ISP98 or URDG 758 reference on the face.
Advisory screening. Not a clearance, and not a substitute for compliance review.
New to trade finance?
A buyer and a seller don't trust each other with a million dollars. So a bank stands in the middle — and puts its promise on one of two pieces of paper.
Pays the seller once shipping documents prove the goods moved.
The workhorse.
The bank's backstop — if the buyer doesn't pay, the bank will.
The safety net.
Software runs the stage inside the bank. Almost nothing runs the stage before it.
Banks run software once a deal reaches them. The stage before — the parties, the documents, the KYC, the calendar — still runs on email.
Wrong fields, banks that don't exist, fee requests dressed as procedure. Tradeable SBLCs do not exist.
FBI IC3 · I-031819-PSA ↗Passports and company files emailed to parties nobody has verified.
When a broker is bypassed, there's rarely proof of who introduced whom.
Missing terms mean another round of questions — and weeks lost.
The real work before the bank
We make that stage clean, verifiable and bank-ready — so the financing can actually be arranged in time.
Each side moves through its own agreements and verification at its own pace. Both sides meet at the term sheet.

NCNDA
Each party signs confidentiality with DEALEXUS before seeing deal data.
KYC / CIS
Documents go to our compliance team. Never to the counterparty.
DOA
Each side executes its deed of agreement.
IMFPA
The fee agreement is signed and its schedule fixed.
Term sheet
Instrument terms are drafted and acknowledged by every party.
Bank package
A complete, versioned submission for the issuing bank.
SWIFT
Transmission of the MT760 / MT700 message.
Closed
The deal and its full audit trail are on record.
Marketplace
List an open seat on your deal. Strangers see what it is, not who you are.
List the seat
Once you have signed your NCNDA, offer the counterparty's seat — principal, broker or mandate — and state what it earns.
They unlock, under an undertaking
To see more than the card, a party signs a confidentiality undertaking for that listing. Each unlock is counted.
You choose who joins
Applicants state their basis. You pick one; DEALEXUS can veto. They join at step 1, the NCNDA, and the introduction goes on the record.

DEALEXUS record
No name, no exact amount, no deal number.
Drop in a draft instrument, a bank letter or a contract. Argus returns findings you can check line by line — and says plainly when a document isn't something it can give an opinion on.

Identifiers
Do the banks, codes and amounts on the face check out?
Known fraud patterns
Does the wording match typologies seen in advance-fee and fake-instrument schemes?
Screening is advisory. Every compliance decision stays with a person. Sample run shown.
$2.5 trillion of a $9.7 trillion market never trades. Every seat pays for that differently — pick yours.
Select your seat
You own the deal — and you're wiring money against paper you didn't produce.
DEALEXUS is the neutral desk in the middle, not a party to your trade. It holds no client funds and operates no escrow. Your bank issues the instrument.
You made the introduction. You should still be on the deal when it closes.
Pool: 1% of face value, split 45/45/5/5 by default. Payable by the principal on that side and disbursed by the issuing bank. DEALEXUS records the entitlement — it holds no client funds, operates no escrow and does not act as paymaster.
You act for a principal. Your authority should be more than a letter nobody checks.
Mandate leg: 5% of the pool by default. Payable by the principal on that side and disbursed by the issuing bank. DEALEXUS records it and holds no client funds.
You're not our customer. You're the desk the whole file has to satisfy.
Screening is advisory and never replaces your own credit and compliance decision. KYC files are not enclosed — they stay in encrypted storage, released to compliance on request. Your bank drafts and issues the instrument.
“Your counterparty never sees your documents — only that you have been verified.”
The information barrier is enforced in the database, not just hidden in the screen. Every document access and every step is written to an audit trail that can't be edited — including who introduced whom, into which seat, and when.
Founding pricing for the first 50 desks, locked for 12 months. Annual plans include two months free.

No. The principal on each side owes the commission and the issuing bank disburses it. DEALEXUS holds no client funds and is not a licensed money-services business.
No. Only our compliance team reviews them. Your counterparty sees that you have been verified.
No. Argus is advisory. It surfaces what it can check and cites it; the decision stays with your compliance team and the bank.
No. Two principals can run a deal directly. Brokers and mandates are optional on either side.
Anyone signed in sees the card: instrument, amount band, region, sector and the seat on offer. Nothing names you or the deal. More detail is shown only to a party who signs a confidentiality undertaking for that listing.
Nothing can make that impossible. What DEALEXUS keeps is the record: who unlocked, under which undertaking, who applied, and — once you accept — who introduced whom into which seat, append-only and hash-chained.
Fifteen minutes with a person who knows trade finance. If it isn't a fit, we'll say so.
